just a Menu' from my last Private Dinner..Ecco il menu' dell'ultima cena privata..


-Chilled Broccoli and Prawn stock soup with Turmeric. -Round layered "Tower" with steamed Sweet Potato, Eggplant, Tomato, Basil and Cheese. -Homemade Prosciutto Ravioli and Tomato Ravioli in a Cheese sauce and Truffle oil. -Chicken and Vegetable Green Curry. Combined with a great Organic Shiraz-Cabernet Red Wine from Maleny, Qld, Australia. -Zuppa fredda di Broccoli e brodo di Gamberi con Curcuma. -Tortino tondo con Patata dolce al vapore, Melanzana, Pomodoro, Basilico e Formaggio. -Ravioli al Prosciutto e Ravioli freschi in una salsa al Formaggio e Olio al Tartufo. -Pollo e Verdure al Curry Verde. Abbinato ad un ottimo vino Shiraz-Cabernet da Maleny in Australia.

Cene estive sul Sula..Summer dinners on the Sula


Ieri ottima cena di apertura estiva a bordo,ecco il menu': Rotolini di Salmone ripieni con mousse di avocado, Funghi Champignons con ripieno al formaggio Caprino, Insalata Esotica e poi Riso,Farro e Orzo con Gamberetti,Pomodorini,Funghi,Prezzemolo e Zafferano. An enjoyable dinner started the summer season on board,here's the menu': Rolled Smoked Salmon stuffed with Avocado mousse, Mushrooms with Caprino cheese, Exotic Salad and then Three grains with Prawns,Cherry Tomatoes,Musrooms,Parsley and Saffron.
